Product Manager - Detection
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join SentinelOne’s Singularity EPP product team.
The Singularity EPP (Endpoint Protection Platform) product team is responsible for the Detection, Prevention, Visibility and Autonomous Mitigation of Endpoint side attacks. We develop and maintain the main security layers that protect every compute endpoint of thousands of organizations worldwide and the workflows that allow security admins to identify and respond to threats in real time.
In your day-to-day, you will work with the Engineering teams from various disciplines and technologies (Windows, macOS, Full Stack, Cloud Services), Security Research and UX to bring new features & capabilities to market, as well as take a leading role in analyzing the data behind the usage, scale and sales of our Platform to optimize how and what we build and sell.
The Endpoint Security Product management organization also has multiple opportunities to take on key Cyber-Security oriented projects related to customer needs, technical alliances, and more. This role will expose you to large and small projects in these areas.
Responsibilities
- Define, evangelize, and maintain the strategy and vision for Endpoint Prevention and Detection security layers within the SentinelOne EPP product.
- Write requirements documents defining the customer value proposition and experience for specific features.
- Manage the release processes associated with EPP security features.
- Engage with customers, partners, product groups, sales engineering, and solution architects to collect requirements.
- Develop an understanding of multiple customer profiles by frequently speaking with customers, prospects, and others.
- Define, Monitor, and Analyze Product usage data for your areas of responsibility to build Data-driven decisions to ensure impactful Business value.
- Work with internal teams to ensure teams stay trained and customers are fully supported.
- Support additional Product Management activities within our market-leading EPP/EDR product line
- Help incubate security research and transform research PoCs into successful products.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management at enterprise-level SaaS organizations.
- 3+ years of leading Endpoint Security products.
- Deep understanding of Endpoint Security for Windows or macOS Endpoints.
- Experience working with security Research teams and transforming research into successful products.
- Strong product management skills with a strong ability to multitask.
- An action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of balancing the delivery of long-term goals and short-term objectives.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly articulate and position the technology.
