6Sense is looking for Senior Manager, Commercial Business Development.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Commercial BDRs (11)
- Achieve quarterly Commercial outbound pipeline targets
- Manager, coach, and mentor BDRs regularly to achieve individual targets
- Ensures weekly reporting on activity, 6QAs, 6QLs and heroics are surfaced up to Leadership for weekly KPI email
- Manage team and segment performance reporting in SFDC and Salesloft
- Assist with Salesloft upkeep and operational management
- Assisting Sr and Lead BDRs develop their careers within 6sense
- Manages and coaches other M1 or M2 managers towards their quarterly goals
- Assigns and project manages BDR operational upkeep efforts and reporting dashboards with connections to the Commercial segment
- Reports on segment-wide performance
- Recruit and train new BDRs as required by hiring plan
Job Requirements
- 3 or more years of relevant work experience in BDR, Sales, or Operations
- 1 or more years of relevant work experience leading team(s)
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required
- Experience using sales engagement, automation, marketing, and CRM tools
