NVIDIA is looking for a Graphics Technical Program Manager to be a key member of our Compiler Development team. A top-tier professional who will be directly responsible for delivering our latest graphics compilers for our GPU software products. A strong leader who is an expert in cross functional team coordination, comfortable in a matrixed organization, responsible for driving software development and documentation process from concept to delivery. An independent problem solver with many talents who may engage in initiatives relating to secure coding, and process development/implementation for the Compiler organization. Responsibilities

  • Driving compiler software development processes
  • Leading multi-functional team members in a matrix organization to deliver projects on time.
  • Project management using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • Presenting project status to multi-functional teams as well as executive management.
  • Working independently, take-charge and influence with minimal mentorship
  • Working with global partners across multiple time zones, geographies, and diverse technical fields to define work you're doing, report on status, and deliver projects to expectation.
  • Influencing other teams by creating an efficient/accountable development environment through process development and process improvement
  • Work across teams to improve HW allocation and distribution for all projects in the Compiler team.
  • Promoting a Security Minded Culture by ensuring that all projects are vetted for Security at each stage of development.
  • Coordinate with release management to ensure execution on all work products are aligned to milestone dates.
  • Observe and follow defined processes of escalation if execution of planned work product tasks not on track.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, related technical degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years in a similar or related role
  • Passionate about details and an authority at multitasking
  • Proven Software Engineering background and technical skills. Graphics and compiler experience is a plus.
  • Ability to investigate technical issues. Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, software development standard methodologies, and compilers are highly valued.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills
  • Creative problem solver, able to resolve technical issues and conflicting priorities.
  • Shown history of delivering complex products to customers
  • Consensus and team building skills.
  • Vulkan and/or DirectX technical experience
