As the AI Architect for the Federal Sector, you will also serve a wider role as the liaison between Product, Engineering, and the Federal business. You will apply your expertise in Federal infosec requirements and the Risk Management Framework to inform how the Product evolves to meet Federal requirements. You will bridge hands-on work bringing the Product to customers in the field with providing the strategic guidance to make that process better in the future.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a liaison between Product, Engineering and the Federal business to ensure product roadmap is aligned with Federal GTM strategy and other relevant federal infosec requirements.
- Works with our partner channels team to build out a partner base that is enabled to support cleared and non-cleared installs and other federal AI Architect work.
- Will serve as the sole cleared AIA supporting installs in secure client environments. As the partner network is established, this requirement should taper off.
- May manage at least one other teammate, and to varying degrees, other partner/sub-contracted AIAs who will be responsible for delivering on DataRobot Federal client work
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with enterprise customers, providing engineering, infrastructure, and technical guidance and support.
- 2+ years of experience selling to enterprise organizations, with bonus points for selling to C-level individuals.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience installing, managing, and supporting platforms running on Linux.
- Working knowledge of enterprise software with experience supporting its deployment in large enterprise accounts.
- Experience working with Federal Risk Management Framework and ATO processes in secure spaces.
- Willingness to travel ~20-40% in certain peak periods in a client lifecycle. As partner network is enabled, this requirement would taper.
Bonus points:
- Bachelors in Computer Science, related field or equivalent proven experience.
- Experience with cloud IaaS providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kubernetes.
