We are looking for a highly skilled Content Producer to join the Marketing team and lead the production process for brand management. The Content Producer plays a key role in driving content clarity, consistency, and strategy. This means working with various teams within Kodiak to create and refine content that meets messaging goals and adheres to the Kodiak style.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the production of short / medium form content from beginning to end (includes filming, editing, sound design, and distribution)
  • Assist with the creation, conception, and presentation of social media integration effort for offline/online marketing campaigns
  • Create brand centric impact content across various digital channels as well as internal / external meeting needs
  • Special project coordination for sr. management needs and critical top to top meetings
  • Provide a creative resource with the ability to film, edit, and produce quick turn assets for a myriad of projects and needs
  • Duties will include but not limited to: planning, filming, editing, and delivering content for brand plans

Job Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, social media management, or creative content creation within Technology or Autonomous Vehicles (Portfolio required)
  • A love for storytelling in a simple, thoughtful, and visual manner
  • Experience as part of an in-house creative/content/brand team.
  • Familiar with and capable of using audio and video equipment
  • Experience using Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Adobe CC, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut or equivalent software
  • Strong writing abilities with a demonstrated ability to distill complex ideas into plain language across long-form, short-form, and video content
  • Proven cross-team collaboration success - Ability to work closely with internal teams, particularly engineering, hardware, and sales to extract stories, develop ideas and ensure alignment
  • Demonstrated ability to own content production from end to end - Skilled in identifying and executing external-facing visual assets (photography, graphics, and video) for use across platforms
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and understanding of trends and emerging platforms in social media
