Senior Data Scientist, Clinical Decision Support

• Partner closely with product, clinical, design, and engineering teams to prototype and build new data products
• Guide product strategy by instrumenting new features, developing key metrics, and combining user interaction and clinical data to generate insights
• Build reports and dashboards to give oncology practices visibility into how their treatment patterns align with care guidelines from cancer clinics, payers, and the National Comprehensive Care Network (NCCN)

• Design data models, write ETL pipelines, and define data quality tests to ensure a strong data foundation flexible enough to support the product as it scales
• Envision and prototype how to make the product smarter using data

• You have 4+ years of relevant working experience in an analytical and technical capacity
• You take ownership of ambiguous problem areas and develop a logical framework to drive alignment around strategic decisions
• You thrive in a cross-functional environment with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical colleagues
• You have strong intuition for how to model and clean data to support scalable product development
• You have collaborated with other technical team members in a production development environment using formal version control, Python, and SQL
• You are organized with strong prioritization and communication skills
