Jasper is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to help expedite Jasper's customer’s realization of value. This is our second Services hire, on the Customer Success team and this will be a non-managing role reporting to the Sr, Solutions Architect. As a Solutions Architect, you'll be at the forefront of helping our enterprise customers achieve their business’ Ai content creation goals. A big component of this role is to serve as a teacher to guide customers to use Jasper to meet their specific use cases. You’ll partner closely with account managers to scope, build, and train customers on customer-use case-specific configurations of Jasper’s Ai Content platform. To do that, you must have an in-depth knowledge of Ai content generation and a passion for helping others. Additionally, you'll need to be able to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. With your strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically and creatively, you are well-suited for this role.

Our target market is composed of content creators and marketing leaders at growing companies. We help companies leverage artificial intelligence to accelerate content production and unlock their best ideas. We see AI as a partner to content marketers that can help them break through writer’s block, create fine-tuned imagery, and repackage content for different formats, languages, and tones.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with customer success and account managers to identify, plan, scope, and deliver customized technical implementations of high-value customers.
  • Collaborate with Jasper customers to successfully manage and customized technical use cases of Jasper. This may include building custom templates, and workflows as well as API consulting.
  • Create and deliver use-case-specific training to ensure customers are successful at using Jasper to meet their content needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and answer questions from customers. This may include delivering training, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and helping ensure the customer is set up and effectively utilizing the Jasper.
  • Continuously improve service delivery  processes and methodologies

Job Requirements

  • Roughly 5+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or customer success for a SaaS technology company.
  • Great project management skills including strong communication around project timelines, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong technical aptitude in the subject matter of Ai prompting and architecting complex technical solutions including APIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as experience working with customers in a training capacity.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
