Staff Enterprise Partnership Manager, Delivery

• Become the trusted relationship manager to key delivery accounts for Cruise, owning day-to-day communications, monthly business reviews, and tracking progress across all initiatives with our Walmart counterparts.
• Facilitate all Cruise teams to effectively and efficiently work with our external partners, spanning operations, business development, product, engineering, and hardware development. You’ll connect the right people and get projects unblocked.
• Develop and improve our marketing and new business development efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and helping us achieve our ambitions to scale the delivery business.
• Help define the future of automation. We want to build a system from order submission to delivery, with no humans in the loop. You will collaborate with hardware product, engineering, and designers to coordinate testing and integration opportunities.

• 7+ years of professional experience, with some in account management, business development, business operations, or project management
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Masters degree is a plus
• Experience with project management tools, CRM, as well as analytics and presentation tools
• Comfort with ambiguity: apply structured, analytical thinking to new, undefined problems
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to synthesize and articulate key messages to senior leadership

• Demonstrated interest in AV or transportation space
• Track record of scaling new technologies, services, and processes
